I don’t have many of these full 10 inch pieces left as western chefs. This one is a real beauty in stabilized and dyed Primavera. The blade has incredible rock and a fine point to her. She’s razor thin for such a great size and your knuckles will be clear of the cutting board. She’s beautiful and strong!
