I designed and made this 10 inch Magnacut Gyuto to be the knife that conquers any task in your kitchen. She has a high polish, double hollow grinds to aid in food release, and enough rock for both push, pull, and rocking cuts. She’ll work great on fish, meat, or produce. The brain coral has been stabilized in a beautiful blue resin to showcase the aquatic quality of the handle material. She is truly one of a kind!
