I don’t have many of these full 10 inch pieces left as western chefs. This one is a real beauty in two toned buckeye burl that has been stabilized and dyed. The blade has incredible rock and a fine point to her. She’s razor thin for such a great size and your knuckles will be clear of the cutting board. I lasered the classic Calypso Mermaid into both sides, so she’s beautiful and strong!
